In 1989 Dennis and Patricia Smith relocated with their two daughters to the Antelope Valley from Santa Clarita Valley, bringing with them over 13 years experience in the masonry trade. Today, Sunrise Construction comes with well over 40 years of experience in quality work.
With his daughter, Candace, who he took on estimates and job sites throughout her childhood, Sunrise Construction has moved into 2023 with expanded services, including Garage to ADU conversions, house-flipping repairs, and more.
